Registration for 2017 ACC Mid-Year Meeting includes courses, written materials, and scheduled meals/receptions (sign-up required). It does not include housing, travel, or personal expenses.

Any company registering two or more attendees will receive a group discount of $50 off of each registration; any company registering five or more attendees will receive a group discount of $100 off of each registration. Offer excludes day-pass registrations. Registrations must be submitted at the same time to receive the discount. Use the "Registering Multiple Attendees" option during online registration, or batch hard-copy registrations and mail them together to ACC, noting the group discount.*
*Payment for a minimum of two registrations must be received at one time in order to qualify for the group rate. No retroactive group rates will be given. If you have already sent in a group registration from your organization and have additional registrants, complete the hard-copy registration form and note that the group rate should be applied.
Registrations are not considered confirmed until payment is processed. Written confirmation of your registration will be emailed immediately after payment is processed (please allow 24-48 hours after submission). Do not consider your registration complete until you have received the confirmation email.
Registration cancellations must be received in writing via email@example.com. Cancellations for registrations processed at the nonmember rate will not be refunded the $335 membership fee included with the registration. Registration cancellations will adhere to the cancellation policy dates below, no exceptions.

A guest is defined as a spouse or significant other, friend, or relative who is not a member of ACC, is not qualified to become a member and does not work in an industry-related occupation. Please provide your guest's name on your meeting registration. A guest badge will allow access to evening receptions ONLY. Guests may not attend any educational programs or other meal functions, or enter the exhibit area at any other time. The registration fee is $100/guest (limit one).
Participants with special requirements for facilities, visual or audio aids and/or dietary restrictions should note them on the registration form or contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests for special accommodations should be sent as soon as you register, but no later than March 14, 2017, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
ACC is holding a block of rooms at the New York Marriott Marquis at the rate of $289/night plus tax (single/double) for attendees of the 2017 ACC Mid-Year Meeting. You MUST be a confirmed attendee of the 2017 Mid-Year Meeting in order to make your reservation at the host hotel and receive the ACC negotiated rate. As long as there is still availability in our block, you must book your room by March 11, 2017 (5:00 pm Eastern time) in order to receive the ACC group rate. Use the "Housing" link at the bottom right of your registration statement to make your reservation. Hotel room cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.*ACC reserves the right to release meeting registration lists to hotels within the ACC block for the sole purpose of a sleeping room audit.
